DotFutura is a marketing intelligence platform that provides unified analytics, AI-powered insights, and performance tracking across multiple advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Advertising Platform Integrations

When connecting third-party advertising accounts to our Service:

• You authorize us to access your advertising data through official APIs
• You represent that you have the authority to grant such access
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
• You understand that platform API changes may affect Service functionality
• You may revoke access at any time through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VORDERMANN GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vordermann Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
